In accordance with the Malaysian Prime Minister’s directive restricting the movement of non-essential personnel and services related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the RSPO Secretariat’s Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will be fully closed until 14 April, 2020.
As noted in our communication on “Important Updates on COVID-19” dated16 March 2020, our staff will be working from home to ensure continuity of the organisation and that operations continue to run as close as possible to normal. In the case of an urgent matter, we will maintain one general open phone line +6017-216 6086 (operating hours 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (GMT +8)) which you may use to leave a message for specific staff that are not reachable at their office desk phone. If you know your parties mobile phone number, you may of course reach out to them directly.
The Prime Minister’s directive will last until 14 April 2020, or at which time we have additional information, we will communicate further on this evolving situation.
